Refund & Return Policy
At Rivoga, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rivoga.
