We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Rivoga reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders where necessary.

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Rivoga reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery Fee

A standard delivery fee of R59.00 applies per order unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers will receive order updates where applicable.

6. Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • The product is not excluded from return due to hygiene, customization, or other applicable restrictions.

Rivoga reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return.

7. Refund Policy

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days from the date the return has been approved.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect items supplied.

  • Defective products.

  • Products damaged during delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must notify Rivoga within 48 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Supporting photographs and order details may be requested to assist with the claim process.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.

Rivoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
